I accept Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or the payment link in your invoice, and bill on the 15th and the 30th.

How we work together
The process
- Contact me before sending. I’ll confirm I have time in my schedule — especially for quick turnarounds.
- Send your files by email, Dropbox, Google Drive, or sendthisfile.com, with your deadline (date, time, time zone). I confirm receipt and queue it.
- Tell me ASAP if timing or volume changes so I can plan around it.
- Long transcripts (200+ pages): send in ~50-page chunks so I can work alongside you.

Confidentiality: Every transcript is kept strictly confidential — NDA available on request.
Fine print
- Scoping growth: I bill the pages I return. If a file grows more than 10%, the overage is billed at $2.20/page. (Example: a 100-page file grows to 130 pages → first 110 at the tier rate, the extra 20 at $2.20.)
- Rates apply to pages of 25 lines or fewer.
- Hours: 9 a.m.–6 p.m. CST, Monday–Saturday. Jobs received after 6 p.m. start the next business day. Files received after 6 p.m. Saturday count as received 9 a.m. Monday.
- Rates current as of 1/14/2025; locked through 2026.
